Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. Because many of our items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, color, or changing your mind after purchase.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at mgmt@cudosmusic.com with:

• your order number
• a description of the issue
• clear photos of the item and packaging if applicable

If your request is approved, we will work with you to provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Please note:

• We do not offer refunds or exchanges for normal wear and tear.
• We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect shipping information entered at checkout.
• If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
